Stop Renting
Your Software.
At Rubuz, we believe most of the SaaS bill your business pays every month is for software that has a great open-source alternative. We built an App Store that installs those alternatives on your own server in one click — with the same polish and simplicity you'd expect from a managed platform.
Why We Built Rubuz
We kept watching the same thing happen: a team's monthly SaaS spend creeping up, one subscription at a time, for tools that mostly have a solid open-source equivalent. The reason nobody switches isn't the software — it's that self-hosting it usually means wrestling with servers, containers, SSL, and backups by hand.
So we built the App Store that removes that friction. Pick an app, click install, and Rubuz handles the container, the domain, the SSL certificate, and the backups — on a server you already own. Whether you're cutting a CRM bill, a project-management bill, or a dozen smaller ones, it's the same one-click experience every time.

Driven by Developer Experience
"The vision behind Rubuz is simple: teams should focus on building great products, not wrestling with infrastructure. We engineered the platform we always wished we had—a beautifully designed, zero-CLI control panel that brings the simplicity of managed cloud directly to your own servers, with absolute sovereignty."
The Humans Behind the Code
We are a tight-knit team of engineers and designers united by a single, obsessive goal: building the most beautiful, ultra-lightweight Server OS in the world.

Our Core Principles
The philosophy that guides every line of code we write.
Absolute Sovereignty
Your servers, your data. We build the platform, but you hold the keys. We guarantee zero vendor lock-in, allowing you to run Rubuz on any hardware, VPS, or bare-metal provider.
Frictionless Engineering
Complexity is the enemy of shipping. We engineer absolute simplicity into every workflow, eliminating command-line toil so your team can deploy from idea to production in seconds.
Built for Scale
From day-one prototypes to high-traffic production environments, Rubuz architecture is hardened and optimized to ensure your infrastructure is ready for whatever comes next.
